All our styles are true to size; however, each unique silhouette varies numerically.

For Loafers and Backless Loafers, you may need a different size.

Select the numerical size corresponding to your typical shoe size.

We're happy to assist with canceling or editing orders before fulfillment. Once an order is packed & shipped, adjustments cannot be made.

Please note, custom back shoes cannot be accepted if already in production.
Our shoes feature rubber outsoles that protect the traditional leather sole beneath, and they're easily replaceable by any cobbler.

It's important to keep an eye on the rubber soles, especially around the heel, to prevent them from wearing away and exposing the leather sole, which could lead to damage.

We suggest seeking resoling service within 12-24 months of wear, as required.

The outsoles of the Loafers are exceptionally durable.
